I'm interested in hearing from a developer who would be able to create a new field type Module for CCK.

Specifically, I'm frustrated that individual fields in CCK can have multiple values, but groups can not. For example, the site I am developing has a page that features a list of logo images. Each one will function as a link to that company's respective website. So there is a logical grouping that should exist between a logo and its URL. My client will want the option to insert new ones as time goes on. But because CCK Groups do not give the option to create multiple values for a group this is not possible.

While I wish this fundamental need could be addressed in the core CCK module I understand its probably an enormous undertaking. Thus it seems as though the most common work around I see is to have a custom module made for your unique information relationship. IE the Full Name module : http://drupal.org/project/cck_fullname. Three fields (first last and middle name) all grouped together with the option for multiple values.

What would it take in terms of cost and timing to produce a custom CCK module for the image/url scenario I pointed out above. I may need a couple custom CCK module if it looks feasible, but we'll just focus on the first for now.
