Drupal Job Board

I require a developer/designer who has experience with Drupal 6 themes. I am developing an e-Commerce website and the standard columnar layouts that Drupal provides are not sufficient. I am breaking this project into three sections:

1. Initial work to develop the "product" page. It will have a set of headers, block content, and details and purchase/price information. I want to get away from the typical 3-column layouts provided and move to a more "block"-oriented placement. The completed design should also include blocks which our ajax (already implemented) can interact with to show, hide, and display content. This job will have a single fixed-rate. See below.

2. The second-phase will require more developer-designer skills. The goal of this phase will be to do implementations (write-modules) necessary to support per-page themes. This will likely be based on URL though something more flexible (even if we have to write the switch/case: code) would be ideal. We are working with Drupal6 and have not had great success on this yet. This job will have a negotiable rate structure depending on the time estimates.

3. Development of themes for other pages including checkout/cart/order/home. I will invoice these on a per-page basis. They will likely share a common master template (headings, cart-dialogs, etc) so they should be able to build heavily off the work from (1) or (2).

I am working with a very proficient developer to work as necessary with developing hooks and other support needed for any of the above tasks. As mentioned we have extended the Ajax framework in Drupal and added some form validation and error reporting function. Likely the ajax integration will require only element placement as the code will do its best to work within the page.

The rate and schedule is to be negotiated but I have budgeted about $1600 total to phases 1-3. I am open to fair increases in this budget should a suitable candidate be interested, willing, and able to complete 1-3. Please contact Brandon at: jobs@epsilonlimited.com.
