Drupal Job Board

Seeking Drupal coach to assist me in converting a Joomla site into Drupal - setup page layouts, blocks, modules etc. Theme modification will come later. This is a social site, i have the design mapped out and have developed an appreciation for Drupal vs Joomla. Have an early proto up in Joomla which will provide a reference point.
