Drupal developer needed for from rapid site creation
We are looking for a company or freelancer(s) with both the time and ability to create a high quality site based on Drupal. Functionality will need to be similar PoPSugar.com, which is mainly a blog, forums, polls, etc. Most of this is in Drupal already. This project is for clients outside the USA, but will be managed from Baltimore, MD.
The timeline is for delivery in October and the pay rate will reflect this accelerated schedule. This is not a startup, funding is coming from existing revenue streams.
Requred skills and experience:
1) Drupal setup and deployment of large websites with thousands of users.
2) mySQL databases
3) PHP coding
4) CSS
5) Javascript
Flash, .Net, ASP, will not be used in this project at this time. We are looking for a LAMP based Drupal setup.

1) Resume
2) Portfolio of previous work both Drupal and others.
2.5) Your contribution to these sites, we don't expect everyone to be a visual designer, but you should have worked on the backend extensively.
3) References to previous clients
4) Availability to dedicate the required time for this project from August until October.
