Drupal Job Board

We are developing a large-scale LAMP application using Drupal. We need one more experienced developer on our team to help us move from our Preview Release (now) through Beta and on to Production (by end-of-year). It's a fast-paced, exciting time!

We are developing this application for our client--a funded national startup that will change the way business is done in its market segment.

The qualified candidate must be able to demonstrate a thorough mastery of Drupal and its platform components, including mySQL and PHP. In the application, there are many workflow segments modeling business processes that must integrate with notifications and financial data. Therefore, a developer with business experience would be given a preference.

Our development environment is Agile; management burden is light. The team currently includes two professional PHP developers as well as graphic artists who handle UI and theme elements and a project leader. On the client side, we work closely with the software architect, security officer and CEO. The client is based in NYC and the Bay area.

For this phase of development, it is important that the team work together, side-by-side, in our offices. Candidates from outside the Kansas City metro area should be willing to temporarily deploy to this area for approximately six months. After that, working remotely would not be an obstacle.
