The National site is the Umbrella of the whole organization where the main content will be placed. The National league main site will have subsites / minisites for each state.

The states will have their own little universe inside the national site, the admins for the states should only have access to their state, and not other states or national, but national is GOD and have to be able to oversee and access anything from the states.

At the state level, the encapsulated sites for each state will have the same template and the standard topics throughout all the states –player information, game information, venue information, etc. The only thing the state can change is their logo in the template. Each state will have their won domain name.

Then of course all the data needs to be reported in columnar reports in all combination of item vs item vs item and statistics about players, games, scores, venues, banned players, teams, coaches, umpires, gender, age, etc.

There is a need to mass mailing system – allowing for filtering whom the mass mail goes to – example, by league, gender, venue, games, tournaments, locations, etc.

I Need a DRUPAL Wizard that can build the modules to collect the BASEBALL specific data and generate statistics reports for BASEBALL.
