Drupal Job Board

I am looking out for someone who can develop an application that involves modifying Drupal Forum / Bulletin board to add extra features .
Customizing V bulletine ,PHP BB,or Simple Machine or similar Bulletin boards is also under consideration..

Some one with experience in the specified area is preferred.
