Drupal Job Board

I am looking for a good drupal programmer to help us develop a new website for a TV Show to be aired across asia in the autumn (To be built on the Drupal 4 platform).

I would prefer to employ a full time programmer, but since good PHP programmers (especially with Drupal experience) seem hard to find in Singapore, I would also consider outsourcing this work to the right candidate?
