Drupal Job Board

I have a small graphic design business and I would like to begin to use Drupal exclusively for my clients.
Beginning with our own site (as a test) I want to move my existing clients and *NEW* clients onto Drupal.
I am looking for a team player who is "fast" and would like some consistent work.
We design - you code. You must speak fluent english and have a couple of sites you have done to show me.

You can work project by project basis and i am open to options. The designs will be beautiful so you will also have a stunning portfolio of sites to display.
