Drupal Job Board

I work at a large company that is looking to develop a few content-driven sites. We want to try Drupal for at least one of them. We have a pretty good sense for the site layout, but need a design whiz and tech guru to create a dynamite user-interface and make it work as well! For what it's worth, we are located in the New York area. If this project is successful, there will likely be other gigs as well.
