This sums up our website needs
A podcasting show, with weekly episodes and videos is looking for a Drupal expert to improve our current Drupal website.

The current website needs to be user friendly. We would like for our listeners to be able to locate items quickly and to grasp what our show is about easily.
The tasks requires some work on the backend of Drupal. We need someone to find code for certain functions of the website and to be able to edit the code.

Tasks
• Changing the design (adding more center columns, moving buttons, tags, navigation bar, fonts, headlines, links etc.).
• Make the website user friendly. (find things quickly and easy)
• Implement a survey users can take part in.
• Re-do our Store page
• Make sure all the functions work (i.e. search)
• Change overall layout/user interface

Requirements
• Experience working with a content-management system.
• Working knowledge of HTML and other Web protocols. (css, feeds etc.)
• Comfortable handling routine production tasks on a daily basis.
