Contract Drupal PHP/MySQL/E-commerce Guru for exciting New Media Company

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
Website developer that is EXPERT in:
Drupal, PHP, MySQL, AJAX, DHTML, XHTML, Javascript, E-commerce/Checkout systems/Payment Gateways, video transcoding (H.264 encoding + integrating flash action script and 3rd party video platforms). Backend infrastructure and use cases experience is not required but a big plus.

- Must be able to discuss the project (in person) in Los Angeles, CA (USA) and start immediately.

DETAILS ABOUT THE PROJECT
1) Working our in-house programmer, you’ll be responsible for digging into the CMS’s PHP, MySQL database and administration interface to customize Drupal's look, functionality and plugins/modules/extensions to meet our needs. The design is complete and the functionality is planned out, we need you to help theme it, adapt it, install it, beta test and launch it.
