I am looking for a very basic Guestlist system for a nightclub

Let me give you some details about it
At the nightclub we have around 20 promoters, their job is to get people to attend the club
People get in touch with these promoters in order to have a free entrance at the club
These promoters add the name of these people on the Guestlist and they send the guestlist to the club on the night of the event

What we need
a system with username/password authentificiation for each promoter

When they log in on their account they can chose from a list of different event hosted at the club
(For example Friday night, saturdaynight or sunday night)

Then once they chose the night , they wil have a form they can fill with names. Next to the name there should be also a possibility to add a +
for example if i call the promoter and tell him i am coming with 2 of my friends, instead of adding 3 different names to the list he will add
Joe Black +2

Once all the promoters add their guestist they submit it

This is the end of the promoters side

Now from Admin side
What i need is the following
be able to add different events from which promoters can chose before they submit their names
be able to add more promoters (username/Password)

Most important be able to print or extract the list of each promoter with each one's guestlist
for example to have a list liek this

I have screenshots for an already online system that some other club is using that was custom made for them and i need the same
