Drupal Job Board

I'm curious if anyone has links to information or has information themselves on "becoming" a contract web developer. Not freelance, I do freelance now. I differentiate contract work as jobs where you get a normal paycheck and the term is say a year or 2 and sometimes your on-site, etc etc. All the info I see is on freelance.
