Intent is a start-up media venture dedicated to building the Web’s definitive wellness brand. Intent aims to become a trusted destination for wellness content, a syndication platform, and a branded hub for people seeking to share their intentions – personal, social, spiritual and environmental.

We are currently seeking experienced PHP and Drupal developers to work on our team. Our ideal candidate will have the following skills.

* Excellent Communication and Problem Solving skills and a desire to work directly with Intent's editorial and business staff.
* PHP - Solid PHP/5 skills with good understanding of design patterns and OO techniques
* Drupal- Solid understanding of Drupal development including themes, blogs, forums and quizzes
* MySQL- Strong Database development skills
* Ability to define requirements and work in a "concept-to-design" model
* Experience with Agile or Extreme programming techniques
* A strong desire to collaborate and work within a team.

You must have a B.S. in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience. You should have minimum 3 years experience as a developer. Any prior experience in User Interface design a big plus. Finally, you must demonstrate good spoken and written communications skills.
