**Developer must live in New York City**

We are in process of developing a website for one of our clients and are looking for a skilled developer to assist in the design and development of this project.

The site is for one of our biggest clients who is a large global market player and needs a solid CMS platform.

Requirements

Solid PHP, Solid CSS, Design & Theme Development, Backend customization
Site has already been designed and wire frames completed, the next step is development.
Individual must be able to communicate well as try will be required to train client on the backend system and how the platform works

This is an off site project but will need to meet with developer on some occasions and also developer may need to meet with client on some occasions.
