Seeking Drupal developer for full implementation of website for high profile non-profit

Seeking a Drupal developer or firm preferably in the DC area, but not mandatory to implement a design and build out/integrate the core templates and modules for a high profile non-profit website (1/2 mil hits per month).
The site will be a heavy on news with a fairly robust research center component.
Some database support will also be needed to import maybe cleanup the existing database.
Work to be completed June 15-August 5.

If no one has helped you with this yet, our company is available to do this work. We do quite a bit of work for international non-profits including developing custom modules and integration with 3rd party systems and external databases. We are located in DC area and Philadelphia. I was interested to see if you had any luck finding a drupal developer. I work for a non-profit as well and am looking for a place to find drupal developers.
Let me know if you've had any results from posting here. Also, if you have any other websites or resources you think might be valuable regarding Drupal, programmer finding, other job boards, I'd love that information as well.
