Drupal Job Board

I am developing a website that will help professionals and employers achieve success in non-traditional work arrangements such as part-time, flex time and job-sharing. www.CareersInCommon.com will launch this fall with a content hub/"Learning Center;" and later will I add a job board. The site will be targeted at women professionals who have small children and want help achieving work/life balance.

I need help taking an existing Drupal add-on module (http://drupal.org/project/jobsearch) and tweaking it to provide additional resume/profile fields, and additional Search/Match functionality. I am hoping to find a stay-at-home mom (like myself) who is itching to do something productive when their kids are napping ;-) to help me with this part of the site.
