I am working on building a new Drupal site, intended as a prototype website that makes heavy use of forums.
I have a Drupal site running, using one of the standard templates. I some help determining how to setup the menus, subnavigation, and forums per below, and am looking for a real-time Drupal coach to work with.

For starters, I need advice and help on how to:

- Add drop-down menus into the navigation, which fit the sub-categories I've established
- Create sub-navigation menus that set in the left column
- Display summary content at the top of a Forum page (Photos and text, maybe tables, layed
out nicely), with Forums below that.
- Establish logins for content contributors and setup nice forms for them to enter site content
and make posts to forums which include uploaded graphics and videos.

I know what we want the site to do, but haven't been able to figure out how
to implement it. I don't want to just turn this over to someone; I do want help but I want
to "learn by doing" how to do this myself. So I'm looking for a Drupal coach who can work
with me live.

I have managed three Drupal sites, three Joomla sites; and have a very competent
PHP/HTML/CSS guy setting beside me here working with me on this.
We are looking for a Drupal ace who will work with us live via Skype IM and/or phone

We are looking for someone with experience in Drupal on many projects, who can ramp up quickly and work on an existing project with other developers.

New York City design and event company seeks a seasoned PHP / Drupal Developer to fill an ongoing freelance role of 15-30 hours per week. Candidate must show significant proficiency with LAMP technology and Drupal CMS. Working in-house with our web-team will be required a majority of the time.

QUALIFICATIONS
- A demonstrated ability to implement end-to-end custom Drupal sites
- Strong familiarity with Drupal 4.7 and 5.x
- Experience with MySQL
- Hands-on knowledge of HTML, XHTML, CSS, Javascript, DHTML, AJAX, and XML
- Knowledge of developing cross platform/browser compatibility in all A-Grade Browsers
- Adherence to web standards and object-oriented programming
- Ability to work on-site in our SoHo offices.
- Flash experience a plus but not required.
