Upgrade Drupal 4.7 => 5.1 and new templates

We have a web site made with Drupal 4.7, and we basically need to 2 two things to it:
* Upgrade to Drupal 5.1
* Change all the graphics with new templates. The base HTML files with the new graphics are already created and available.
The web site is mainly in Italian language.
I have upgraded sites
I have upgraded sites before, and I'm familiar with drupal themes. Please let me know what other information you would like me to provide.
