Drupal Job Board

Is it possible to merge two CMS's so i can get the site i want ? I want to merge Drupal with phpizabi so izabi can be used for a certain function and Drupal for the rest of the site..

Is this possible to share Logins and sessions, cookies etc ?. I dont know too much about sessions, cookies etc as ive only been reading about them for last few days ..
IF it is possible is there anyone here who is proficient enough to bridge the 2 ?

Dont take this the wrong way either.. but i only want people who fully understand what they are doing. not someone who "will have a go at it" but someone who really understands the problem and task at hand.
