Drupal Job Board

I am in need of an experienced and skilled Drupal web programmer to help me develop some sites for clients. I want to learn, so I'm looking for a good teacher as well as a good programmer.

The rate would be between $40 and $60 per hour, depending on the client. I have a client now that is good for 10-12 hours at $45, so that puts me in the $500 or greater category for this gig.

I'll explain the current project when you contact me, but really, I want someone I can work with longterm.
